Workout
My workout shedule changes everytime which means I do not use the same exercises all the time. I use a 2 day on 1 day off, 3 day on 1 day off schedule. Which means:
Monday: Chest
Tuesday: Shoulders
Wednesday: Off, Cardio, Abs, Calfs
Thursday: Back
Friday: Legs
Saturday: Arms
Sunday: Off, Cardio, Abs, Calfs
