Hard Nock's Gym, established in 1960, and located in downtown Amesbury, Massachusetts, has been leading the way for 45 years. Owned and operated by Dave and Jane Nock, managed by their son Erik, this gym offers the essentials for every bodybuilder, power-lifter, and weekend warrior.
